LearnLinc Workshop One of my key roles at LearnLinc was delivering a monthly 2 day intensive workshop for customers and potential customers. This put me in direct contact with people that were actually teaching courses. People came to me with a variety of different skills (professional educators and IT experts to CEOs and computer novices. I even had a 4 star general in a class). What they had in common was a need to successfully (since their jobs often relied upon it) deliver training using computers.
