LearnLincIt is hard to describe my role in this product. We started with nothing but ideas on paper, and ended up with a product that changed the way people learn. Keep in mind that our product came out years before the world wide web. The fact that it was able to survive so many changes is a testament to the original design.I remember early meetings where we discussed what it meant to take classes from a distance. We were primarily a Synchronous distance learning company. This means that the instructor and all of the students interact in real time. However, unlike most of the market, we also saw the value in Self-paced distance learning. I became the multimedia expert and wrote almost all of the code to integrate our product with others.
